For orders under $50, a flat rate shipping fee of $7.99 applies. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and handling. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. If you have any special requests or instructions for shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Maren Crane Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days. Please note that all returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
